Buying Policy

We want you to love your new resin art decor.  All pieces were created by hand, so no two are exactly alike. Please allow for slight variances from what is seen on the website. That's the beauty of handmade! 

 

Custom Orders:

We are a small operation and all orders will be processed only during the weekends. The making time for all orders varies between 2-4 weeks for coasters & 4-8 weeks for larger pieces from the date of payment (even though most orders will ship out sooner ;) ). Larger and more complicated art pieces may take longer time and shall be advised accordingly.

All custom pieces designed or handmade shall require approval of an estimate given, and a 50% deposit. With this payment, the client agrees to let the production of the custom piece begin. The remaining balance will be charged upon completion of the piece and approval from the client. Art pieces will be shipped after receiving the final balance. 

Cancellation Policy:

A customized order cannot be changed or cancelled once your deposit has been paid. This is your agreement and commitment to the order. The deposit will not be refunded if you choose to cancel your order once it has been confirmed and production started.

 

Repairs:

Imperfections are part of the essence of the brand however, if you feel your piece has a structural fault, please return it to us for a full inspection. For our handmade jewelries, we assess repairs on a case-by-case basis. Due to the nature of our handmade jewelry, occasionally a bead may become loose. In this case we will endeavor to re-set it. We are committed to making our customers happy so please contact us as soon as possible if you experience any issues with your purchase.
